This page describes the data used by the VideoDownloaderPro website’s purchase and delivery flow.
When you make a purchase
The store uses your email address, order reference, payment status, licence and delivery status to process your purchase, deliver the app and help with purchase enquiries. The licence contains your email address.
Card details are entered into Stripe’s hosted checkout. This website does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy.
Sending your files
Transactional email delivery uses Resend. The delivery email contains your installer link, licence and private purchase link. The email service processes the recipient address and message contents to deliver that email. See Resend’s privacy policy.
Storage and access
Order records are stored in the hosted website’s database. A private link gives access to your purchase files; treat it like a password and do not share it. The store does not add advertising or analytics trackers.
Your downloaded videos
The desktop app saves videos to the folder you choose on your PC. Your video links and downloaded video files are not part of this website’s order records.
